After DB upgrade to 19c (19.11) on AIX CQN creates tracefiles

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

Hi,

we have upgraded from 12c to 19c and patched to 19.11 on IBM AIX 7.2. We make use of Continuous Query Notification and after the upgrade we see virtually thousands of traces files per hour with this content:


kpondGetCQNRegId(): subname: CHNF601 regid 601


The applications are working correctly and no errors are shown.

Has anybody seen this? Is it possible to restrain the messages?
