Connection to support.oracle.com fails

I have been tring to set connection between my newest oem13.5 and support of oracle.

So I did:

Setup -> Proxy Settings -> My oracle support-> Manual proxy configuration <hostname>, <port> then I press <<TEST>> After that message appears:

"Failed to connect to My Oracle Support using the URL "https://support.oracle.com". Verify the proxy settings. Try using your web browser, which has the same proxy settings, to test the URL "https://support.oracle.com". If you are still unable to connect, then check the OMS logs for more details about the failure.

Note: To set up the proxy server for My Oracle Support, refer to the "Setting Up Your Infrastructure" chapter in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Lifecycle Management Administrators Guide available in the Enterprise Manager
