ConcurrentProgram:GMFCUPD - Cost Update

A user has run the Cost Update process, but they mistakenly set the 'Final' flag in the request submission form, and the costs of all OPM Items are therefore Frozen.

Is there a script or process that can be run to unfreeze costs for the Period being worked on?
