Getting the error whenever cancelling the strategies.

We are getting the below error whenever we are trying to cancel the strategies for particular customer. 

"FRM-40735: IEXSTTAB_HANDLER trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002."

Please provide us the solution for the above issue.
