Date format in 24hr clock in OEM console?

Is there any way in OEM 13.4 and later to change the date format to a 24hr clock instead of the AM/PM variant?

This is very anoying and also posts a problem I noticed if I have users that has Swedish as the primary language in the browser where AM/PM translates to fm/em and you cant even choose the second option.

If it's not possible to change to 24hr time should this not be a enhancement request that would benefitt most of Europe (if not the antire world)?
