Kit components not display in sales order

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello All,

When we place sales order using P4210 for Kit item, components window is displaying but after submit and come out and search with order number, only parent is displaying not components.

It is happening for only one kit item and other kit items are populating correctly.

P4210 processing option, we have not enabled to hide kit components.

Could you please advise.
