Are separate software owners still recommended for Oracle 19c restart?

For Oracle 12c and Linux 7 it was recommended that separate oracle and grid users be implemented to maintain separation of duties between the Oracle software and the grid infrastructure. Most of the documentation for 19c seems to suggest that the oracle user should be used for both. I also see that the Oracle preinstall script does not create a grid user. With this all said is it still worth the effort to use two separate users for an Oracle 19c single instance restart installation? Is there a preinstall rpm that does add the grid user?

Howdy, Stranger!
