Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

I am in version database 11.2.0.3 and i had got this error below :

ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error : [12333] [128] [41] [0] [] [] [] []

i did not find patch or Instructions to resolve it..
