How to create account using a transaction type with No Open Receivables?

Hi.

I need to create a new Transaction type without Customer Balance, so to do that I uncheck the Open Receivables. But I need to create account normally.

Here once I do that Oracle not allow me to create account, when I run the create account show a msg that no have any pending lines to account.

How can I do that?
