Average Cost disappeared after the client change the item cost level from (2) to (3)

 Is there a way to let the system calculate the average cost again With Taking into consideration The client using standard cost (07) on inventory and purchasing am trying to use the application (R41811 Average Cost Update) with no any results 

Also what is the calculation of the average cost when i using cost method 07
