How to modify labels on order entry screen.

Hi All,

We have a requirement to add * to indicate mandatory for customer po number field and change the text "Sales Agreement" to "<Company name> Sales Agreement" on Order Entry screen in Order management cloud. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to implement this.
