Unable to Open Hyperion planning application it give error

Hi All,

We are not able Hyperion planning application it as for user name , password , once we give the user name and password it give error as "An error occurred.

Hyperion planning is not able to connect Essbase.

We have checked the data source connection it working fine.

Note: we are able to connect application via Essbase .

Kindly help me if any has come across this issue.

Version : 11.1.2.3.700
