Behavioral Competencies/Proficiency Levels

hi,

I am implementing Performance management based on competencies. I already set the behavioral competencies in Job Competencies but I need to ask some specific questions to the behavioral competences that have to be pull once I start the assessments. Any idea if there is a field to enter these questions?

I also defined Technical competencies and need to add Proficiency levels from 1 to 5 (that means addtional text, for example Proficiency Level 3 : Knows the stakeholders, understands the business interest ad is capable of profiling clientes and spots opportunities) and they are different for every single job, where can I enter this info?
