Creating Cycle count

in JDEdwards World (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We have 2 instances on our AS400, one development and the other is production. Our users match in regards to security on both however several users that can create cycle counts documents on the production environment can not create the same cycle count documents on the development environment.

I need assistance as to where I can look to correct this because there are some functions that need this function on development in order to test some implementations we have going on.

It appears to be the user profile in the development box that is "out of sync".

Suggestions ?
