Can anyone point me to a document on customizing the UX One pages included with the roles?

We are running 9.2. Recently we have started exploring using the UX One roles and associated graphics and pages to enhance our user experience. Many of the graphs and charts available on the vanilla pages need to be slightly tweaked - slight changes to axis, font updates, etc. Can anyone point me to some documentation on making those changes? I am able to change the queries as needed but the formatting needs some work.
