Question on oracle Visual builder cloud service.

Hi, I am having JDE setup on 9.2 + TR 9.2.5.3 on AWS cloud service, we wanted to implement Mobile application development, for that I was referring oracle visual builder cloud service VBCS.


My questions are, 1) VBCS is open source tool or its available only for oracle cloud. 2) If its available then how it will support my setup as its on AWS cloud. 3) What is the cost of one month of VBCS subscription.
