Not able to Link subcontract deliverables

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

In Project contract in the Deliverables Tracking system(DTS) window for Subcontract(Supplier contract ) i am able to find Customer contract number to link but not able to find the Line number of customer contract in the Link Subcontract Deliverables window

Please advise if any setup or step is missing ? so cannot proceed further
