Smart View shows 404 error while Downloading from Workspace Tool

Hi Team,

I am receiving "404" error whenever I try to install Smartview from Workspace Tool. But whenever I try the same within the server, it works. And sometime restarting the Oracle Hyperion services also helps in resolving the issue. But this is a frequent issue faced by me.

Could you please suggest a permanent fix to this problem.
