Item/BP setup error

Hi, Please let us know your views for the below issues. We are trying to create a new item/BP setup and we face error as "Business Unit Invalid-Business unit entered does not exist in F0006or no value in BU"

But we have setup the new BP in P0006 and the BP constants have also been set for the same.
