Unable to add Codec's on egress in Codec policy

Hi all, I have an issue on an SBC where it won't allow me to add codecs on egress. It gives me the below message when I look at help on Add codecs on egress section

no transcodable codecs available with current system configuration

So does anyone have any idea what could be the cause? I am thinking it might possibly be licensing but when I compare the license information on another SBC that does allow me to add codecs on egress I am not seeing any difference to the SBC I am having the problem on.

So any idea's?
