Audit Trail profile option enable at responsibility level & view on front end & fetching data

Dear Expert,

As per regulatory requirements, there is a need for an audit trail to be in place at all Oracle ebs modules like AP, AR, FA, GL & Cash Management.

AuditTrail:Activate profile option is already enabled at all ebs responsibility levels at the site level, but I need data to be print if there is any changes at any for related to module>event.

Like Purchase invoice>modification>validation>cancellation, so we need user-wise activity in the report.
