What set of libraries can be used to view JDE World Pristine setup?

In World A9.4 if I leave out my production security and common libraries I am unable to access the pristine programs and setup (DW, VL, etc.) because of the security restrictions. What can be done to access the unmodified programs and files for looking at the "proper way" options should be set?
