is the bug JDK-8233228 fixed to version JDK 11.0.11+9-LTS?

in Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC) Question

there is a bug associated with the error "Error in security property. Constraint unknown: jdk.disabled.namedCurves" in JDK 11.

I see that the issue is fixed in 11.0.9, but not sure if this is fixed in JDK version 11.0.11.

Can you confirm this bug is still fixed to the version JDK 11.0.11?

Once we updated our JDK 11.0.7 to 11.0.11+9-LTS, we had a broken integration with ISAM/ISDS, and we captured this error at the logs: Error in security property. Constraint unknown: jdk.disabled.namedCurves
