Do I require label security to into Oracle Database Vault

Hi,

I am looking to confirm that I do not need to install Oracle Label Security to install Oracle Database Vault if I have no need to leverage label security and do not own label security licenses.

I understand if I want to use Label Security with Vault, I need to install it first and have the licenses. Just looking to confirm I won't run into any issues if I install Database Vault without Label Security.
