How to enable P6PROCLOUDCONNECT on weblogic for on-premise setup

Hi All, I already installed the primavera eppm with weblogic, and I can saw that p6procloudconnect is already up and running with port 8208. I am now wondering if how I can be able to use it configuring primavera pro?
