Hi we are using New Oracle LTO7 Cartridges .All of sudden we are unable to obtain label information in backup application.

Recently we had issue i.e "Could not obtain label information for the Media ID XXXXXX"


In backup application , we got this,


""op=08h,key =00h,asc = 00h , ascq = 00h.

No additional sense information.

unknown volume implementation ID.

Invalid label Data.

Read Label failure,Medium NR0258,errno =0 . Label info was inconsistent with label type.

Could not obtain label information for the media ID NR0258. ""

Is it true that Oracle LTO7 medias have any bug issue ?
