APEX 21. Producing PDF resources is no longer supported 503 Service Unavailable

Hi


I am using Oracle Apex 21.1 for development purposes in Oracle 19.3 Database.

Earlier My apex version was 18. I dropped and reinstall there APEX 21.1. Then I imported my application into in new environment.

Now I am noticing that I cannot download my report in PDF format. But my new application which is created in new environment that's PDF report I can download.

Errors are as under :

503 Service Unavailable

  • Producing PDF resources is no longer supported.

Please help me to give me your valuable suggestions.
