How can I set to display commodity structure in requisition for all users?

I have a problem with commodity structure, i define the items list (type S) in P40500, on my user(SYSADMIN) that's all ok, but for another users (user's role has access to aplications P40500, P40500s, P4101, P4102, P41026, P41024) the list is not visible. For non-stock items (type N, J) the list is visible for all users. What apllications to have add in role for to do the list visible?
