Advanced Collections - Work Item Post Execution Wait Day

Oracle EBS R12.2.9 Advanced Collections. I have a work item completed on 6/30/21 with a 4-day post execution wait period. Today is day 5 and I would have expected the strategy to have a status of “Closed” and a new strategy/work item assigned. How do I determine why this did not occur?
