Unable to Claim Space on ASM diskgroup.

Hello Team ,

I had a large partitioned table (List Partition), I did a table maintenance operation as a part of requirement.

The table size was approximately 4.5TB with 30 List Partition. I dropped all the partitions and kept just 3 Partition.(This is the main table of our application). Now when i checked the size of the three partitions or the whole table is just 750GB, this table belongs to tablespace USERS .

Later I performed Table reorg by moving the each 3 partitions in the same Tablespace..

After that I performed resizing of datafile but did seem to be worked much.

Some space I was able to reclaim on the ASM disk group , some in the sense just 1.5TB.
