Can you switch to using a Term based catalog instead of a Yearly catalog?

We have been instructed to look into updating our catalog for Spring and Fall instead of just yearly. Is this possible and what are the ramifications? Where in the People Books might I find references to this?


Any help or pointers to relevant documents would be appreciated.
