Oracle RAC x 2 Node Compute and Storage Migration

Dear Technicals,

I need expert help! I am sure you guys can guide us in a better way for this reason let me first explain the scenario:

we are currently running Oracle RAC 12.2 x 2 with grid infrastructure over Linux the shared storage is managed through ASM. the current infrastructure involved a chassis with 9th generation Blades and 3 PAR HP storage. (a Fully virtualized environment)

after the tech refresh we are upgrading the overall infrastructure of the company for the purpose we procured Gen10 HPE Servers and SYnergy Storage. so we need to migrate the Overall Oracle RAC to another compute and Storage array.
