Why is the wrong GRE transmitter showing in the State W-2 Magnetic Media?
Our team is trying to implement multiple GRE transmitters for year end reports. GRE 2 used to be under GRE 1 before we separated it to be it's own GRE transmitter. Everything is working as expected during testing except when we run State W-2 Magnetic Media for GRE 2, GRE 1 is shown on the output file instead of GRE 2 when the output is viewed in the Requests window. However, when the same output file is viewed through Payroll SVC ->View->Payroll Process Results, GRE 2 is shown on the file as expected. What would be the root cause for this?
