R12 .2.8; Where to update Payment Plan minimum & maximum at salesrep/resource level

We are upgrading 11i to R12.2.8

In 11i, the compensation manage has the ability to navigate from salesrep worksheets to (individual) salesrep payment plans. The manager can then update minimum & maximum payment amounts, update the worksheet and view recalculate total compensation payment.

This is an essential function within our OIC processes.

That navigation path from the Paysheet in R12 to a salesrep's payment plans does not appear to be available??

How can the manager update minimum and maximum payment amounts for n individual salesrep in R12?
