Can the % in Range be set up to exclude a separate comp rate for geographic differentials?
In PS HCM Compensation (9.2/8.56), we are trying to set up a configurable matrix that will allow us to use an additional rate code row for employees that are being paid a geographic differential amount in addition to their hourly rate. We do not want the geographic differential amount to be a part of their Percent in Range or their annual merit. Does anyone know if this is possible?
