Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

We are trying to Integrate DISA with Siebe. We found many articles on DISA Installation Setup and Keystore generation but still have below doubts.

What are the changes needed in Siebel CRM Side for this Integration ?
keystore used for DISA and Siebel CRM should be same or Different ?
How DISA communicated with Siebel Web Client ?

Any help is appreciated.
