REIM v16 S9T CUSTOM UPLOAD (Create a new entry in Template Type and Template)

We are trying to create a new custom Template Type and then a new Template under that in ReIM UI. We are leveraging S9T Template feature to create these Templates to appear on ReIM Screen.

We have configured and populated all required S9T Tables as below:

s9t_tmpl_cols_def

s9t_tmpl_cols_def_tl

SVC_TMPL_API_MAP

We have also made custom package similar to base S9t packages for our custom template to download/upload spreadsheets.
