Exadata - /var/log/oracle/deploy Filling With Large Amount Of Files And Directories

Hello All

On my Exadata some process generate large amount of files and directories. after collect data They is located in /var/log/oracle/deploy and each file is about 16G

How to understand what process collect this data in directory /var/log/oracle/deploy?

where is it configuration and how to manage this process?
