Will a Configuration Package overwrite a Custom Report Templates?

So I have 125 reports in Stage and 200+ reports in production. We have decided start building all of our reports in stage before we push them to prod. I have a report uuu_123 in Stage which is a new report. In Prod uuu_123 is a different report that is already deployed because it was created in prod. If I create a configuration package and push it to Production will it over write my Custom Report that has the report id uuu_123?
