Super Backflush Inventory Over Issue Warning

Executing Super Backflush (P31123) creates an Inventory Over Issue warning, preventing the Super Backflush from working/completing. The processing options are set to Blind Mode for both Work Order Issues as well as Hours and Quantities.

The Work Center being affected has a Pay Point "L".

Inventory Issues are being imported with the use of R31113Z1I and F3111Z1

I am operating in E1 version 9.2
