EPM upgrade query

Hi all,

Hope you are all doing well.

We have been using Hyperion products/applications for reporting. Now, we have the scenario wherein the source EBS and DB also getting upgrading. I'd like to know if the Hyperion products that we currently using (FDMEE, EPMA, Essbase) should also be upgraded based on the source system and DB version changes?

Below you will find more details-

Hyperion Workspace Current Version details:


1. Hyperion FDMEE – 11.1.2.4.200.012

2. Hyperion Planning – 11.1.2.4.004.

3. Hyperion EPMA – 11.1.2.4.000.2614

4. Hyperion Essbase – 11.1.2.4.010.7

5. Oracle Database – 18.2.0.183.1748


*Since the source EBS and Database getting upgraded to versions 12.2.9 and 19C respectively. Should we consider an upgrade for Hyperion applications (FDMEE, EPMA, and Planning & Essbase) as well?
