Fluid Class Search and Enroll Order of Institution/ Term Selections

We have multiple institutions within our system and have anywhere from two to four terms open for enrollment at one time. On the Fluid Class Search and Enroll page, institution/ term selections are grouped by term (i.e. all spring term selections are listed next to one another, followed by summer, then fall, etc.) but we are unsure of why our institutions are listed in the order they are (i.e. institutions are not listed in order of institution number or in alphabetical order, and it seems somewhat random). Does anyone know what controls the order in which institutions are listed within
