Siebel Developers Unit Test scenarios before and after IP 2017 ?

Hey Guys,

Hope you are doing well, stay safe and stay healthy.

Just thought of posting this as an open discussion to understand how and what has been changed for siebel developers after IP 2017 w.r.t to code debugging and unit testing.

We have been using IP 17.6, 19.7 and now 21.x and what we understand from our developer are :

Pros :

  1. Single DEV-DR
  2. NO more Struggles with Local DB
  3. Well handled Workspace architecture
  4. Inspect / Script Debugger Option
  5. Web Tools
  6. Rebase Option to Pull latest check-in.

Cons :

  1. Changes will not reflect without Workspace deliver and Server Restart (For Example : Integration Object and EAI Data maps System Preference )
