Index Create taking lot of time

We have Oracle Enterprise 19C installed on a VM with following configuration

-> 8 Cores

-> 32 GB RAM

To create a large dataset , i dropped index's on a table , inserted the data , however now creating the index takes lot of time .

to scan 6407 blocks it took 51 minutes . there are total of 368443 blocks .

what should i do to expedite the index creation ?
