E1: 41: On hand Negative Quantities

Hi,

I am facing a big problem because of negative quantity on hand, we do all the setup required to prevent the negative quantity on hand and also schedule R42995 to be run every 1 hour to updates commitments for items on active sales orders.

We are using cost method '06' and the Commitment Method is '2'

Does anyone facing the same problem and what is the solution? as the business user reject to use the cycle count as this issues occurs and the reason is not clarified while I think the reason is the update in F41021,

Current version is 9.1 Tools Release: 9.1.5
