Rename Unused Inventory Org & Operating Unit and End date it. Then Use same IO and OU in new Ledger

We have a requirement to Create a New Legal Entity, Ledger, 2 Operating Units and 3 Inventory Organizations.

Scenario: Below is the current scenario for 1 Inventory Org and 1 Operating Unit.

1) Inventory Org 'ABC' is alreday defined in the System which is Under Operating Unit 'XYZ' and ledger 'LLL'.

2) The Organization code for Inventory Org 'ABC' is 'U20' which is used in the shipping networks/lookups mainly for deriving the Buying price. 

3) Inventory Org 'ABC' and Operating Unit 'XYZ' are not used in the Current System. i.e We do not see this IO 'ABC' in the List of Values for opening the INV period.
