soa middleware 12.2.1.4.0 and oracle Rac database

kindly note that SOA middleware 12.2.1.4.0 installed using oracle RAC DB 19c , when one of database nodes down ,

soa middleware stop working , to solve this i have restart SOA middleware , is there away i can let soa middleware stay up and running when one of database nodes down

with out the need to restart the application

please advise
