Oracle iExpense - TIP that displays the Date

We want to remove the TIP that is displayed on the second page of creating expense reports.

I'm unable to find it in the personalization. I am aware that it uses the OIE_DATE_TIP from messages.

Can you please let me know where to find the personalization to remove the DATE tip from the expenses screen.

Also, withing Oracle Messages, how do i insert a new line to separate paragraphs?
