FLUID Homepage Doesn't Render After Log In

Hello

I've changed the HPPC option under the PPTL category to Fluid under the navigation PeopleTools > Peresonalization > Personalization Options. After signing out and back in however, the homepage that renders is the classic homepage. If I click the home icon in the upper right corner, the Fluid Homepage will render. What else needs to be updated in order for the Fluid Homepage to render right after the user logs in? It currently defaults to the Classic homepage after log in even though I've updated the HPPC setting to Fluid. What am I missing?
