When attempting to create an asset following receipt the following error occurs.

Good day,

When attempting to create an asset following receipt the following error occurs:

"Asset Number # has already been defined within the Asset Group".

I've followed by instructions on Doc ID 2768907.1.

But even after running concurrent program Interface Install base Lines there is no data in  CSI_ITEM_INSTANCES table.

Could you please give me some instructions how to resolve this issue?
